We have several locations around the world, including the USA. Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse nearest to you. For example, USA orders are shipped from our Kentucky warehouse.
We ship to most countries. We offer FREE domestic and international shipping on all products, no matter the order value. Tracking is available for all locations.
USA orders are shipped via USPS.
We aim to process orders within 2 business days. Our fulfilment team does not work or ship on weekends or public holidays.
Standard Shipping Times (excluding unexpected delays due to COVID-19):
USA: 3 - 5 business days
Canada: 10 - 15 business days
Europe: 7 - 10 business days
Australia: 7 - 12 business days
Latin America: 30+ business Days
Note: The times listed above are the current average shipping times. If a size or color is unavailable at a warehouse closest to your location, we may ship your order from a more distant warehouse, which may increase the typical shipping times. Please allow up to 10 business days for your delivery to arrive.
When your items are shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and our friendly team will do their best to assist you.

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by the carrier delays or by international customs processing. Most of these delays are unfortunately out of our control. However please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
In rare cases, items can be lost in mail. An item will be considered lost if 10 business days have passed with no updates to tracking, or if the mail carrier confirms the loss of the item before this period. In this case, we can re-send the item or offer you a refund. Please check our Returns Policy for more information.
In cases where a package has been successfully delivered but is subsequently lost or stolen (ex. by "porch pirates"), Potty Buddy cannot be held responsible. Any refunds or replacements will be at our sole discretion. We advise that a report be filed with your local post office and police station in this scenario. Local authorities may help retrieve your stolen package.
