Can I cancel my order?

We aim to ship items out as soon as possible after we receive an order. If you contact us within 12 hours of a purchase and we haven't shipped your item out, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if the item has already been shipped out, you can contact us to request a refund through our returns process. More information can be found in our -Refund Policy.

How long are your delivery times?

Where do you ship from?

Potty Buddy has distribution locations in the USA, Australia and Asia. We ship from the location nearest to you. For example, US orders are shipped from our US location.
On the rare occasion where your purchased item isn't available at the nearest location, we may ship it from another location which typically increases delivery time by a few days only.
